The WaveMark™ Enterprise Sales Executive is responsible for a territory with primary responsibility of hunting for and closing acute/IDN WaveMark™ opportunities. Collaboration and strategic consulting are key attributes required for success in this role.
AccountabilitiesOwn the pipeline for all WaveMark™ sales within the assigned territory with responsibility for the sales to contract process for designated offeringsDrive revenue performance for all transactionsReview and actively influence deal profitability of transactionsWork with WaveMark™ Account Management and Implementation teams to support smooth customer transitionsFocus on selling into Acute IDN Procedural Area with high focus on the Cardiac Cath Lab and Operating RoomAddress needs of target customer base and articulate WaveMark™ value proposition effectivelyUnderstand customer requirements and internal/external factors influencing their needsUnderstand momentum in pursuits / manage selling timelineNegotiate terms and pricing within approved guidelinesCoordinate effectively with all Cardinal Health sales counterparts
QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred 10+ years selling technical solutions and services into healthcare providers including hospitals; Procedural Area and Operating Room experience preferredUnderstanding of procedural area and operating room software requirements and fundamentals of supply chainPrior experience selling to the C-Suite within a healthcare environmentDirect sales experience preferred, ideally in the healthcare environment with ability to “hunt” for new opportunitiesExceptional communication and presentation skillsAbility to negotiate and navigate complex technical business issues on behalf of WaveMark™Self-motivated with a solution-oriented approachTrack record of consistently achieving and exceed sales goalsExhibit a high-degree of business acumen and analytical skillsAbility to travel 50%+ of timeA Covid-19 vaccination is required in order to be employed in this position. This includes either: 2 doses of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine1 dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine
