What Trusted Advisement contributes to Cardinal Health
Trusted Advisement is responsible for providing technical and professional expertise during the sales process, which may directly influence the following: the crafting of the sales proposal, the operational requirements or risk, the customer's willingness to buy Cardinal Health's solution (Why Cardinal Health?), the timing (Why Now?), or the customer's satisfaction, and contract negotiations.
Accountabilities
The WaveMark Customer Success Consultant holds the responsibility for WaveMark accounts, which could range from a single hospital department to an IDN.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred3-5 years of experience in customer service support, account consulting or healthcare supply chain preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsComputer proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)Customer service/client facing, problem-solving and analytical skills requiredExperience guiding customers through solution adoption and change managementMust provide proof of and maintain current immunizations and obtain additional immunizations appropriate for the facility which enables access to customer sites in order to perform essential job functions. Proofs must include Hepatitis B, Influenza (current year), MMR (mumps, measles, rubella),Varicella (chicken pox) Annual TB/PPD (skin test), Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis.A Covid-19 vaccination or a legitimate accommodation is required in order to be employed in this position. Covid-19 vaccination includes: 2 doses of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine / 1 dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, or 1 booster dose of the vaccine (Johnson & Johnson, Moderna, or Pfizer). Please Note: vaccines may be required for the position subject to federal, state and/or customer requirements
