Hours: Part-Time Days (Monday-Friday 7am -11am OR task complete)

The main responsibilities of the Cycle Counter are to complete all assigned cycle counts including both system and manual driven counts. The WMS system (P-Mod) there is a standardized cycle counting process.


• Cycle count group IC
• System generated counts/recounts/manual
• Consistent and accurate counts
• Verify NDCs during counts
• Active location dating research
• Customer research counts (shorts, overages, mis-ships)
• DC specific inventory integrity plan (e.g. two scheduled bay counts)
• LOT correction counts
• All scheduled WMS dashboards completed

Skill sets required
• Strong focus during number intense activity
• Excellent short-term memory with numbers
• Self-driven and willingness to commit to the process
• Basic mathematics and unit of measure understanding
• Authorized in all zones
• Ability to utilize computer and various inventory systems
Skill sets preferred
• Recognize, report and document system anomalies
• Recognizes the importance of accurate cycle counting in the larger picture
• Understands the contribution of cycle counting to the success of operations


High School Diploma/GED preferredGood written communication skills 1-2 years experienceProficient in Microsoft office preferred
