What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
Warehouse Operations ensures an uninterrupted flow of life saving drugs through the pharmaceutical supply chain. We are responsible for performing a combination of crucial tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of sensitive product. Our efforts directly contribute to hospitals’ and pharmacies’ ability to administer essential pharmaceutical products to the patients who need them the most.

Our warehouse team members make it all happen. You will receive and fulfill orders so our customers can have the products they need to take care of their patients.
Your safety is our top priority. We regularly consult with medical professionals on best practices in COVID-19 prevention to protect our employees. We train our employees on these best practices and regularly clean our sites in accordance with CDC guidelines. Please note: All individuals entering our facilities are required to complete a self-health check, wear a mask and follow all posted guidelines.
Pay
Anticipated salary range: $20.61 + $1.50 shift differential Bonus eligible: Yes - $1500 (first half after 90 days and second half after 180 days of service)Benefits: Health insurance, 401k Contributions, Paid Time Off, Vacation, STD/LTDQualifications
High School Diploma/GED preferredGood written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft office preferredExperience operating PIT equipment (order picker (cherry picker), forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, walkie rider, etc.)What is expected of you and others at this level

Follow established process to fulfill orders. This includes accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed.Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.Willingness to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty.
