What Research and Development Engineering contributes to Cardinal Health

Engineering is responsible for performing research and analyses to develop design options for components, products, systems and processes.

Research and Development Engineering is responsible for developing and implementing new products through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

Partner with cybersecurity stakeholders to ensure the security features of the medical devices align with leadership strategyDrive execution of cybersecurity tasksCreate and review projects, protocols, drawings, and documentationAssist with discovering and articulating unmet customer needsWork on projects both individually and as member of cross functional teamsOther duties as assigned


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred2-4 years of experience, preferredSoftware development experience (Embedded or Web based)Ability to work independently and as a member of a teamExperience with Java and C programming languages preferred

Anticipated salary range: $78,100 - $111,500
