What Implementation Management contributes to Cardinal Health

The Implementation Management Office is responsible for the customer implementation process for both acute and non-acute customers while establishing the ideal customer experience throughout the implementation process.  As a Senior Consultant on the team, you will lead large-scale implementations for strategic Medical distribution customers.  Your key responsibilities will include identifying customer requirements, gathering internal teams, forecasting and addressing project risks, assigning and tracking action items, and communicating statuses of tasks and overall project flow to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Leads large-scale implementations for our strategic Medical distribution customers.Manages project plans, resources, and commitments to the customer.Monitors, tracks, and effectively communicates the progress of assigned projects with all stakeholders.Partners with sales and the customer early in the process to develop implementation project plans.Executes project plans and tailors the process steps as needed to ensure successful implementation outcomes.Works with management and peers to develop consistent methodologies based on best practices for efficiently implementing solutions.

Qualifications

Customer facing experience highly preferredFormal PMI-recognized certifications (PMP, CAPM, etc.) preferredBachelor’s Degree or higher preferredMinimum 5 years work experience preferred, preferably in the medical and/or supply chain fieldsExcellent written and verbal communication skills requiredStrong organizational skills and the ability to influence others without formal authorityComputer proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Word)Customer service, problem solving, relationship building, and analytical skills required

Anticipated salary range: $90,000 - $120,000
