What Compliance contributes to Cardinal Health
The Compliance Department is responsible for implementing all elements of an effective compliance program. Compliance develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and Cardinal Health’s high ethical standards. The team proactively completes risk assessments to identify legal and compliance risk and develops and conducts training and monitoring programs to mitigate risk. Compliance works closely with Legal and Regulatory subject matter experts to provide guidance to employees on compliance with Cardinal Health’s policies and procedures.

Establish standards, processes, assessments, and tracking tools to evaluate compliance (at each level of the organization) with regulations, policies, procedures, and internal control processes.Assist in the creation of a risk assessment framework and methodology to be adopted by compliance business partners.Compile data through risk assessments with key stakeholder to create a robust repository of data to perform data analytics and proactively monitor identified risks.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through automation of global compliance processes.Collaborate closely with all stakeholders to identify and implement best practices to achieve compliance objectives.Provide training and support to users of the global compliance systems.Review, analyze, and report data associated with global transparency reporting including the Federal Physician Payment Sunshine Act and state laws, and other HCP and HCO spend/transfers of value where applicable across Cardinal HealthCollaborate with various lines of business and external vendors who provide reportable transparency dataQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or relevant experience5-7 years’ experience in relevant healthcare compliance or regulations preferredAbility to travel up to 10%Anticipated salary range: $97,700 to $139,600
