We are currently seeking a Sales Representative, General Medical to join the Cardinal Brands Sales Team on a permanent full-time basis, located in British Columbia.

This role will be responsible for uncovering opportunities and driving sales for General Medical brands throughout the province of British Columbia in the Acute Care Hospital market. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on driving sales and cultivating partnerships with new clients.

Your Contributions to the Organization will be to:

Implement strategies and tactics to achieve both short and long-term sales objectives;

Budget, forecast, track, develop and enhance territory's profitability;

Maintain complete product knowledge and serve as an added value to our customer base to distinguish Cardinal Health Canada from its competitors;

Forecast monthly and quarterly sales opportunities to achieve targets;

Work in close collaboration with our Distribution team;

Coordinate sales activities with various departments, including Contracts, Operations, Marketing, etc. Work collectively with these departments to drive project and deals.  This may include putting together conference calls, leading all customer related activity, and holding others accountable for deliverables that impact projects for our customers.

The Job might be for you if you have :

Strong Sales background with a track record of closing new business;

2+ years of previous selling experience required; clinical and/or business experience in the Canadian healthcare market is highly preferred;

A university degree in a business administration discipline is preferred or equivalent work experience;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills;

Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

Strong project management skills;

Ability to work in a team environment;

Demonstrate perseverance, determination and the ability to work both autonomously and in teams.
