Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00-4:30pm (Overtime as needed)

What Administration contributes to Cardinal Health

Administration is responsible for performing a variety of administrative activities in support of functional areas or for specific projects. Research and resolve all reported external defects (errors, dating issues, miss picks) Coordinate the execution of sales rep requests (lot and date requests, product availability, allocation overrides, etc.) Facilitate the shipment of off-scheduled orders and delivery. Order supplies as needed.

• Strong system knowledge/technical aptitude/navigation between systems, good system judgement (WMS, SAP, MS office, Salesforce)

• Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams

• Understands the contribution of Customer Service to the success of supply chain

• Basic mathematics and unit of measure understanding

Background with Ariba/ Buy Now and Cora preferred

• Comfortable and confident making decisions

Qualifications

High School diploma/GED equivalent0 to 2 years work experience in related field preferredMust possess excellent verbal and written communication skillsSkilled in MS Office programs and OutlookMust have good organization skills
