What Customer Operations Support contributes to Cardinal Health

Customer Service Operations is responsible/a catalyst for providing proactive solutions, inquiry research/resolution, and root cause analysis. Acting as liaisons for both internal and external customers, Customer Service Operations enhances the customer experience by leveraging inbound and outbound channels.


Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00pm M-F ESTInbound and outbound call queue to assist in placing orders, obtain missing information to process, inform nurse of a change or delay in the orderDemonstrate excellent communication skills in a professional and timely mannerMust be able to multitask in a faced paced environmentTeam-oriented mindset and drive to show a passion for healthcare


High school diploma preferredPrior computer experienceUsing Microsoft Office systems required2-4 years of experience in Customer Service is preferredProduct knowledge and insurance/billing knowledge is a plus

Effectively applies knowledge of job and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignmentsIn-depth knowledge in technical or specialty areaApplies advanced skills to resolve complex problems independentlyMay modify process to resolve situationsWorks independently within established procedures; may receive general guidance on new assignmentsMay provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members Anticipated Pay Range: $16.20/hr. - $17.00 (based on experience) Bonus Eligible:  NoBenefits: Health insurance, 401k Contributions, Paid Time Off, Vacation, STD/LTD
