What Customer Service Management contributes to Cardinal Health

Customer Service Management is responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Customer Service function.

Accountabilities

Supervises a staff of Customer Service Representatives that respond to requests from customersManages daily workload to ensure required service volume and quality levels are attained Trains and coaches’ staff in standard policies, procedures, and best practicesIdentifies opportunities for operational improvements and implements solutionsMonitor staff performance, listens to calls and provides feedback to agents as well as resolve concerns at the agent level.Collaborate with other departments (Order Processing, Sales, Category Management, Training) to provide optimal customer and employee experienceResponsibility for interviewing, hiring and performance appraisals of team

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferredBilingual required (Fluent in English and Spanish)2-4 years of call center leadership experienceStrong leadership skillsExperience with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications.Ability to multi-task including the ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product

Anticipated salary range: $55,000 - $87,000
