Cardinal Health Canada is currently seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our team in our Calgary, Alberta Distribution Center on a full-time basis.
This position is responsible for supporting the inventory control requirements including but not limited to; returns, stock check, hold, quarantine, expiry checks, Pandemic inventory management, profiling. Responsibilities also include ensuring inventory record accuracy through management of all receiving discrepancies, filing and retrieval of receiving documentation. This position works very closely with the operations receiving department, materials management, national transportation, customs, accounts payable department and the suppliers.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 7:30AM to 4:00PM.

Your Contributions to the Organization will be:
Managing of the manual customer order process
Reporting and database building and management for data mining using AS400, MS Access and Excel
This Job might be for you if you have:
A Post-secondary education, preferred
Minimum one year of related experience, preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A self-motivated attitude and ability to work independently and meet demanding deadlines
A passion of working in a high pressure environment
Strong knowledge of PC and systems, including MS Access, AIMS, JDE & Excel
Strong comprehension of Inventory Control processes and AS 400
The ability to manage priorities and diverse tasks
