What Quality Assurance contributes to Cardinal Health
Quality develops and implements quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure products and services comply with regulatory standards and specifications. Quality Assurance develops and implements a compliant and cost-effective quality system that assures products and services are reliable, safe and effective. This job family provides oversight of production/manufacturing activities, training to operational and quality control personnel, and educates business leaders on Quality policies and procedures and ensures that all products and services are properly reviewed for quality and documented.
Responsibilities
The incumbent provides support for the PRMS System and Agile by working with the Purchasing and Production Departments to develop and maintain product part numbers, RMQA setup and links, BOMs and DMRs, the maintenance of the necessary text files for IDS sheets, work orders and DHRs.Will assist in maintaining employee training records.Supports up to date training records both electronically as well as manually through training sheet.Responsible for notifying personnel of upcoming training, assisting production supervisors to maintain high rate of completed on-time training.Tracks training KPIs through the month.Coordinates and ensures that the site departments receive the most current official copy of a document and obsolete old documents.Maintains professional and courteous communications at all times.Assures a smooth interface between site and corporate training control systems.Maintains security of training records and an accurate record of completed training.Assists with assembling work orders for the Protechs.Assists with Change Analyst role.Assists the Records Coordinator as needed.Other clerical, technical, and administrative duties as needed to support the QRM requirement.

Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pmQualifications
1-3 years of experience, preferred.High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred.What is expected of you and others at this level
