What Inventory Mgmt contributes to Cardinal Health
Inventory Mgmt is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of both inbound and outbound processes. Quality Inventory Control is also responsible for the accuracy of the inventory counts and units of measure following the guidelines established through the cycle counting process.
What is expected of you for success in your role
This position will be multi-functional across all of QIC.
Responsibilities include:Batch resolution of inbound exceptions and vendor notificationsWorking Late Purchase Order reportsCommunication with customer service and inventoryQA Event back upMHE experience is a plus but not requiredAny other tasks assigned by the QIC SupervisorHigh school diploma or GED required; some college preferredAbility to work unsupervisedGood written and oral communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and detail orientedProficient in Microsoft OfficeMust be a team player
