Warehouse Operations ensures an uninterrupted flow of life saving drugs through the pharmaceutical supply chain. We are responsible for performing a combination of crucial tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of sensitive product. Our efforts directly contribute to hospitals’ and pharmacies’ ability to administer essential pharmaceutical products to the patients who need them the most.

Our warehouse team members make it all happen. You will receive and fulfill orders so our customers can have the products they need to take care of their patients.

Qualifications
4+ years of experience preferredGood verbal and written communication skillsHigh School Diploma or GED preferredResponsibilities
Follows standard operating procedures to assess inventory levels, submit orders, and audit warehouse operations to facilitate successful operational activities within the warehouse.Directs workflows on the floor of the warehouse, including packing, unloading, shipping and managing of delivery schedule.Analyzes internal data and reports on productivity and efficiency to help determine when and where the warehouse is performing better or worse than expected.Coordinates with Warehouse Supervisors to align on warehouse and inventory priorities, in alignment with operational objectives.Assists in inbound and outbound workload forecasting through historical and trend analysis to determine how labor should be utilized.Communicates with customers outside the warehouse to communicate disruptions, provide updates on delivery timeframes and ensure customer satisfaction.Assists in inventory management, and helps with stocking and shipping, as necessary.Benefits
