Schedule: Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am

Accountabilities

Demonstrate expert understanding of all levels of the job family and has thorough knowledge of jobs outside area of responsibilityApplies extensive knowledge and company policies to complete a wide range of assignments.May provide technical guidance and training to othersMaintains appropriate licenses, training, and certificationsWorks on complex problems that require independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issuesMakes recommendations for new or revised processes and has a role on the implementationWorks with minimal degree of supervision. Has latitude to make decisions in exceptional circumstances within established guidelinesTraining new employees on company and departmental procedures as appropriate 
Ensuring that safety, productivity and quality standards are metDirectly supporting employees in the warehouse across all functions, including: Order processing (accurately picking, checking, sorting, cycle counting, consolidating freight, wrapping pallets, packing, and loading products)

Qualifications

Prior work experience in a distribution setting preferredIndependent self-starter with a drive to succeed and a strong emphasis on results with ability to motivate others and significantly contribute in a team environment to accomplish goals.  Excellent interpersonal, organizational and follow-up skills in addition to analytical skills and problem-solving skills strongly preferred.Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, and Word) experience is strongly preferred.Ability to work in a position that requires prolonged standing, frequent bending, stooping, and reaching with ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
