What Territory Management - Dist contributes to Cardinal Health
Territory Management is responsible for cold calling, prospecting and building relationships that will increase account penetration, revenue growth and customer satisfaction within a specified product line, business segment and/or geography. Focus areas will include driving new business as well as increasing penetration in existing accounts.

Administrative / Leadership accountability for 5+ field sales peopleQuarterly & Annual sales budget responsibilityAnalyze and interpret sales / financial data to determine areas of need for territoryLong and short term strategy / planningBusiness to Business negotiationSupport account maintenance and prospecting activitiesResponsible for coaching, training, and developing talent
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferredPrevious people management experience preferredMinimum 5 years healthcare sales experienceAbility to travel 50% of timeStrong planning, forecasting, negotiation and presentation skills
Anticipated salary range: $84,000 - $120,100 (+ $50,500 Incentive Plan Eligibility)
