We are looking for positive and team-oriented individual to join our Dorval distribution center. Join our Inventory team and make an impact supporting inventory control requirements for the Eastern Region Inventory Control team. As an Inventory Control Analyst, you will be the liaison between external and internal customers by resolving inventory and product issues.

This position is 100% on-site.

Your Contributions to the Organization will be:  

Generating daily reports to analyze reconciliation concerns in warehouse management systems

Creating and managing reports and databases for data mining using applicable systems as well as validate master files with branch records

Maintaining the profiling of products in the facility

Resolving customer orders that may have shipping, inventory, or missing product information

Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure that all PO's are being entered and coming into the warehouse correctly

Investigate any open PO's that are overdue

Performing inventory investigations, product change reconciliations, stock outs and branch/product service level investigations as required

Helping prepare paperwork for product returns to the vendors (wrong item shipped, excess quantity)

Supporting and participating in continuous improvement projects and initiatives

This Job might be for you if:

You’re fluent in French and English, written and oral

You have 3 years of experience within inventory

You possess excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

You’ve proven multi-tasking and meeting challenging deadlines

You’re motivated to learning new software, and posses intermediate to advance Excel knowledge

You’re self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently

You’ve worked with ERP (SAP) and WMS
