Accountabilities in this role

Provides intake services and setup for all new patients.Coordinates the patient's care with physician offices, nurses, pharmacists and patients.Coordinates prescription deliveries and refills for patients.Supports other team members in the healthcare teamsAnswers phone calls from patients, medical offices and customer service representatives.Handling the profiling of prescriptions

Qualifications

High School DiplomaCertified Pharmacy Technician, preferred1+ years' related experienceExperience in fast paced call center environmentAbility to multitask
