What Implementation Management contributes to Cardinal Health

Implementation Management is responsible for planning, organizing and leading solution implementations. Manages project plans, resources, and commitments to the customer. Monitors and tracks the progress of implementations. Partners with sales and the customer early in the process to develop implementation project plans. Works with management and peers to develop consistent methodologies based on best practices for efficiently implementing solutions.

Accountabilities

Leads and supports implementations for OptiFreight Acute, Lab and Pharmacy customers Responsible for developing strategy around optimizing inbound and outbound participationActs as liaison between the implementation team and the business on behalf of new customer implementationsResponsibilities include: implementing all program facets, completing customer implementations on time, collaborating with OptiFreight sales and account management teams and ensuring customer is meeting program expectations10 to 15% travel to customer sites for onsite assessments and implementations

Qualifications

Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience preferred4-6 years related experience preferredStrong communication skills, written and verbalDemonstrated ability to lead complex projects and process improvement initiativesExcellent presentation skillsProject Management experience preferredStrong problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to adjust to constant change and comfortable with ambiguity
