The purpose of the Global Demand Planner is to consolidate global demand to evaluate trends across all business units and facilitate discussion in the monthly S&OP process among key stakeholders. The individual will also provide system and process support to the regional planning teams. This role will serve as the first point of escalation on system and process issues, while serving as the liaison between the Sr. Director, Global Demand Planning, Inventory and S&OP and the regional demand planning teams.


Providing training/process support for regional demand planning teamsInteracting with all organization and supply chain functions & partners to facilitate a fully integrated enterprise planning processUnderstanding and interpreting market demand signals, trends, and control opportunitiesArchitect & tailor the most appropriate global demand consolidation process that can be embraced by the organization to achieve management objectives


Bachelors Degree PreferredMinimum 5 years related experience preferredCPIM, CSCP, CPF or similar preferredProficiency in Planning Software such as SAP APO, JDA, IBP, etcLeader with superior analytical skills, effective oral and written communication skills, and a capacity to see the ‘big picture’ while still paying attention to detail.Strong business knowledge/experience, especially with supply chain functions, critical knowledge of sales, retail, operations, finance, manufacturing, and merchandising.Proven experience in process definition and implementation, as well as in change managementStrong analytical tool-building skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access or other analytical software.

Anticipated salary range: $72,000 - $113,900
