Red Oak Sourcing is a 50/50 joint venture between two Fortune 20 companies, Cardinal Health and CVS Health. Red Oak has sole responsibility for generic pharmaceutical sourcing for Cardinal Health and CVS Health’s retail division and pharmacy benefit manager - representing 85% of the pharmaceutical product volume of the two companies – making Red Oak one of the largest generic sourcing entities in the U.S.
We are searching for an Analyst to join our Finance team. This position provides financial and analytical support to the Red Oak Senior Leadership Team and other leaders throughout the organization. Responsibilities include assisting in the expense management process (budget, forecast, actuals), and the preparation and ownership of a highly visible monthly reporting package utilized by Sr Management, both Parents and other leaders throughout the organization. This role interacts with all levels throughout the organization, as a result the ability to establish key relationships is critical and a skill the successful candidate should possess.
Location: Hybrid work model, with Red Oak's office being located in Foxboro/Mansfield, MA (typically in-office 2-3 days a week.. Monday's and Friday's work from home)
Responsibilities
Assist in developing the Red Oak Sourcing annual expense budget and monthly expense forecastsPrepare operating expense materials for Sr. Management reviewReport operating expense performance vs. budget/forecastWork closely with the accounting department to ensure accurate financial reportingPrepare monthly reporting on key Red Oak business metricsTrack and monitor all third-party procurement contractsIn conjunction with key stakeholders provide support on major procurement decisionsAd-hoc analytics and projects, as neededQualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related fieldMinimum 1–3 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred (open to fresh graduates)Working knowledge of accounting and finance principlesProficiency with Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning desired, but not requiredWell-developed problem-solving capabilities and ability to work independentlyStrong attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication skillsBuilds collaborative relationships and able to manage multiple tasksProvindence Metro Area
