The Director of Digital Products is a strategic key leader of the Customer Transformation team, responsible for leading and operationalizing the overall product vision for the digital connected experience for B2B customers within the Cardinal Health Pharma Division. This includes taking a user first mindset and creating an integrated end-to-end offline and online user experience that is personalized for our customers, while also managing the full lifecycle of our suite of digital products.
You will be managing a team of Senior Digital Product Managers responsible for constantly improving the customer experience for Cardinal Health, at a time of digital transformation within the business. You will also work with key partners across the division and organization to strategically define the customer experience end-to-end roadmap for multiple digital products within Cardinal Health.
You must be experienced in working cross-functionally (with business owners, Product, UX, research, search, marketing, operations, etc.) to set a compelling vision, creatively leveraging all available internal resources, and partnering with outside agencies where needed, ensuring execution achieves KPIs. You will also be responsible for building and driving strategic roadmap for our digital products, making appropriate product tradeoffs, and measuring success of initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership - Manage, motivate, and grow a team of product professionals that can bring the long-term strategic vision to life for Cardinal Health on digital channels. Inspire a purpose driven culture and create conditions for success of the team
Digital Product Management - Clear the path for the team to execute the digital strategy, to create customer-centric experiences that have a direct impact on conversion and sales. Set and operationalize the product vision and strategy, working closely with EIT partners This includes consideration of seamless orchestration across our digital products and customer interactions, along a well-defined product roadmap.
Develop and mentor Product Managers within the team to effectively evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement, and test new eCommerce initiatives to improve the customer experience and self-service capabilities.
Measurement & Reporting – Develop measurable goals and monitor outcomes that demonstrate the impact and behavioral changes aligned to the roadmap and strategies. Present to executive leadership team and key stakeholders
Program Operations – Support development and launch with EIT partners and other 3rd party partners, including needed program approvals (legal, compliance, and privacy).
Innovation: Monitor trends in healthcare and adjacent industries, disruptors, and customer engagement to consider new innovations. Identify potential partnerships, 3rd party partners, and incubate new ideas to develop digital and technology innovation plans
Communication and change management – Partner with OCM team to ensure key stakeholders, customers, and team members have awareness and transparency to the product innovations. Ensure the vision, progress to roadmap, and outcomes are communicated across various stakeholder groups
Budgeting – Proactively monitor and manage spend and ensure fiscal discipline through resource management and business planning. Partner with Finance to manage cost center as well as product model financially

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field; Masters in relevant areas preferred
A minimum of 7 years of healthcare business experience preferred, with 4+ years demonstrated in digital product management highly preferred
A minimum of 2 years of proven performance in leading teams is required
Digital Transformation experience preferred
Experiencing in at least one of the areas below is required (a mix of experiences across several of these domains is preferred):
