What Office Services contributes to Cardinal Health

Office Services is responsible for performing a variety of clerical activities in support of their work teams in accordance with standard procedures. This includes office and operational support duties such as compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, creation of items, BOM's, arranging for shipments, production schedule updates, and transacting in business software applications. Coordinates customers visits, maintains daily reception of visitors, and disseminates internal communications, postings, and events.

Accountabilities

Learn every function within the Transportation DepartmentResponsible for Shipping document management and retentionAnswering or escalating any questions or concerns regarding Shipping Documents from various departments within Cardinal via email and phone

Qualifications

High School diploma/GED equivalent preferred1 to 3 years work experience in related field preferredStrong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projectsProficient in MS Office programs and OutlookExcellent customer service skills
