Marketing is responsible for assessing customer needs, market conditions and competition to inform business strategy. Marketing implements the strategy through developing, commercializing and monitoring the appropriate products and services.

Digital Marketing & Ecommerce is responsible for developing and driving digital marketing campaigns and strategies that meet and/or exceed business objectives and provide additional insight about our customers across all digital channels.

Job Summary
The Consultant, Digital Catalog and Merchandising plays an imperative role to ensure product information is accurate, enriched, and optimized across Edgepark’s 40,000+ SKUs. This role will be responsible for the PIM (Product Information Management) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems at Edgepark and play a key role in the implementation of both systems. The Consultant, Digital Catalog and Merchandising will leverage these technologies and others in the stack to improve customer experience through search and merchandising, maximize usage and ROI, and reduce customer churn.

Responsibilities

Responsible for managing PIM and DAM platforms to collect, normalize, and automate content and assets from product sources out to applicable sources, websites, and tools.Partner with the Cardinal At-Home Catalog Team to maintain the products and product categorization to be published on the website for patient consumption.Identify and drive the catalog and assets management process improvements with the appropriate stakeholders.Ensure product assortment is accurately represented and managed on eCommerce sites in areas of keywords, onsite search optimization, product images, product groupings, and taxonomy.Create and maintain training documentation and train colleagues as needed.Regularly deliver and communicate platform usage and completeness as well as progress of deliverables to management, project owners, and other stakeholders.Ensure PIM standards are met, and SKUs are built and modified efficiently.Leverage merchandising tools to enhance product category algorithms and maintain all product-related eCommerce pages from product detail pages to product category pages and product groupings.Own roadmap for PIM implementation and manage rollout.Cross-functional collaboration is a must with category management, product management, marketing, and commercial teams.


Qualifications

BS/BA degree or relevant experience in Information Systems, Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferredMinimum of 5 years’ experience in managing product catalogs for eCommerce in healthcare preferredMust have hands-on architect level experience in PIM required, DAM experience a plus.Extensive knowledge of eCommerce/Digital Marketing technologiesPeople management experience, a plus.Outstanding project management skills and the ability to prioritize, multi-task and be a self-starter.

Anticipated salary range: $78,500 - $117,705
