Marketing assesses customer needs, market conditions and competition to inform business strategy. This function implements the business strategy by developing and commercializing products and services and managing them throughout their full life cycles.

The Distribution Solutions Marketing team is the leader in the creation and evolution of distribution services to meet our customers ever changing needs.

Job Summary
The Commercialization Manager will be dedicated to the US Commercial strategy for all Distribution Solutions and Services, collaborating with peers within the team with ownership of each solution. Downstream marketing is the liaison between marketing and the sales organization.


Work to become a subject matter expert and have a deep understanding of the business unit needs and can bring back to the marketing and sales teams.  Demonstrates knowledge of healthcare market, customers and trends and applies that knowledge to manage a wide variety of projects.Demonstrates knowledge and awareness of learning concepts including recommending new practices, processes, metrics, etc.Work closely with the Sr. Downstream Marketing Manager to develop the commercialization plan and deliver sales training for Distribution Solutions Portfolio, provide sales support and enablement, and define and execute on customer processes like customer facing solution slides and requests for proposals response language. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including but not limited to: sales, marketing, sales support, sales training, and leadership.Build marketing strategies and educate sales representatives, leadership, and supporting functions as required.Demonstrate the ability to design, deploy, and analyze marketing and customer content. Some examples include customer presentations, field rollout of initiatives or new solutions, sales tools, playbooks, videos etc.Standard content creation for Distribution Solutions business.Plan and execute critical projects to strengthen Distribution Solutions team connection to our customers, partnering with internal and external creative agencies.Responsible for comprehensive content organization and evaluation.Significant engagement with internal and external customers, influencing communication style and being a primary liaison of the business.Coordination and management of training and thought leadership opportunities internally, for new initiatives, new solutions, or highlighting best demonstrated practices.


Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.3-5+ years related experience in sales, marketing, or learning & development preferred.Brand/Channel/Product Marketing experience desired, preferably in Healthcare.Content creation for internal and external customers preferred.Strong ability to influence and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Travel 15% - 25%.A Covid-19 vaccination is required in order to be employed in this position. This includes either: 2 doses of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine OR 1 dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine

Anticipated salary range: $72,900 - $104,200
