Essential Functions
Provide guidance and leadership to the clinic channel arm of the Channel Engagement teamDeliver on core account management responsibilities, with focus on strategic clinic partnersBuild collaborative relationships with assigned partnersNavigate contracting and compliance with clinics/health systems to be able to participate in Outcomes programDevelop and maintain clear documentation of related SOPs and processesTrack and provide visibility into performance of channel and identify opportunities to grow the network and maximize performanceLead clinic channel meetings, ongoing initiatives, and projects as assignedIndependently leads complex projects impacting the team or network with only general guidanceApplies comprehensive knowledge to solve problems and complete tasks independentlyAssist in strategic direction of team and channel managementTrain and mentor other team members in coordination with managerQualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.At least three years’ healthcare or account management experience, OutcomesMTM experience preferredSkills
High level of expertise in Outcomes programs and the Connect™ PlatformStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate across all levels of the organization, demonstrating professionalism and good judgment at all timesStrategic mindset with the ability to make decisions that influence the team’s ability to achieve its goalsMust be comfortable presenting in front of a group and coaching peersMust be able to work autonomously, while also being part of an integrated teamStrong organizational and time management skillsMust be able to manage competing demands and multiple priorities, while maintaining a strong attention to detail and exemplary follow-throughTechnical proficiency related to PC and basic office softwareOther Considerations
