What Standards & Compliance Management contributes to Cardinal Health
Revenue Management is responsible for developing, communicating, and leading the execution of market strategy and profitability optimization through pricing and value-capture activities at both the strategic and tactical levels. The group uses modeling, analytics, and econometrics to create pricing strategies for our products and services.
Standards & Compliance Management is responsible for the use of standard approaches across the Enterprise, drives correct implementation of pricing decisions, and tracks commercial effectiveness metrics to understand impact of pricing decisions. This job family works to optimize downstream contractual obligations with our customers to ensure outcomes align with commitments.
Responsibilities
Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects.
Effectively communicate your thought process while being comfortable when challenged.
Proven ability to multitask; managing multiple projects, while responding to ad hoc inquires, and maintaining scheduled deliverables.
Collaborate across functions with Sales, Product Marketing, Finance, Brand Services and within our larger Revenue Management organization.
Engage all levels of leadership as a pricing subject matter expert as well as an influencer towards organizational needs and interests.
Proven ability to work with little direction, developing projects and self-determining priorities of work and cost benefit analyses.
May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
4+ years’ experience in a FP&A, Pricing or Analytical/Strategic role preferred
Data management/manipulation skills – SQL / Data mining / or Advanced Excel preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence and advise all levels of team members
Solution oriented mindset driven by natural curiosity
Strong self-discipline for accountability, accuracy, and client service
Confidence and comfort in ambiguity
Self-initiative with strong discipline to deadlines / project management
Anticipated Salary: $63,200 - $94,815 Annual
