What Financial Planning & Analysis contributes to Cardinal Health
Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.
Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions.
Responsibilities
Serve as a key member of the Regulatory Sciences FP&A team, responsible for providing analysis, reporting, and support related to all aspects of Regulatory Sciences, including but not limited to commission planning and pricing
Responsible for design and maintenance of all standardized reporting and consolidation tools/files for Regulatory Sciences, including but not limited to actuals, budget, and forecast
Support overall Regulatory Sciences budget & forecast deliverables, reporting, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Support continuous improvement of financial packages and deliverables
Provide timely and accurate analysis and reporting which will allow the business to understand performance versus objectives and make further decisions
Support month end close activities as necessary to ensure accuracy in our financial reporting
Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines concurrently
Support ad hoc requests and initiatives as necessary
Qualifications
4-8 years of experience preferred
BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred. Advance Degree may be required

May contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Works on complex projects of large scope

Completes work; independently receives general guidance on new projects
Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives
May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
Anticipated salary range: $63,200 - $90,300 Annual
